På det britiske Channel 4's hjemmeside kan man blandt andet læse at The film features an impressive roll-call of experts, in climatology, oceanography, meteorology, environmental science, biogeography and paleoclimatology, from such reputable institutions as MIT, Nasa, the International Arctic Research Centre, the Institut Pasteur, the Danish National Space Center and the Universities of London, Ottawa, Jerusalem, Winnipeg, Alabama and Virginia. The Great global warming swindle er titlen på en 1 time og 14 minutter lang video, som kan ses via Google. En lang række videnskabsmænd kommer til orde i den, og de giver FNs klimapanel, IPCC, og dens konklusioner et ordentligt skud for boven....

Alex Singleton, the Globalisation Institute, UK: Johan Norberg, the Swedish author of In Defence of Global Capitalism, produced a documentary for Channel Four Television (UK) in 2003. Called Globalisation is Good, it eloquently explains why anti-globalisation campaigners are wrong and how globalisation is a force for good, lifting billions out of poverty. Global warming is not a threat. But environmentalism’s destructive response to it is.[...] I[t] claims to want to act in the name of avoiding the risk of alleged dreadful dangers lying decades and centuries in the future. But its means of avoiding those alleged dangers is to rush ahead today to cripple industrial civilization by means of crippling its essential foundation of man-made power. In so doing, it gives no consideration whatever to the risks of this or to any possible alternatives to this policy. It contents itself with offering to the public what is virtually merely the hope and prayer of the timely discovery of radically new alternative technologies to replace the ones it seeks to destroy. Britain’s Channel 4 has produced a devastating documentary titled “The Great Global Warming Swindle.” It has apparently not been broadcast by any of the networks in the United States. But, fortunately, it is available on the Internet.

These include scientists from MIT and top-tier universities in a number of countries. Some of these are scientists whose names were paraded on some of the global warming publications that are being promoted in the media — but who state plainly that they neither wrote those publications nor approved them. ...
